  1. Hi Cesar. Have you been able to use any CMV2000 to capture 340fps in a 3d rig ?
  2. Elite Optics, Super 35, 9.6 mm fast lens. PL mount. Angle of view 115 degree, F1.9/T2.1 Minimum distance of focusing 0.25m, From Olex's post http://www.cinematography.com/index.php?showtopic=26615
  3. I am going to try and catalog FAST Russian ultra wide and fisheye lenses wider than 15mm. 5.9mm / F1.8 OKS-1-5.9-1 10 mm /f1.8 OKS-3-10-1 12.5 mm OKS-1-12.5-1 The reason for this is that any crop sensor can easily choose from a variety of cheap lenses from the SLR world for fast telephoto lenses. It is next to impossible to find a decent ultra wide lens at f1.8 or faster at a micro 4/3 or 35mm movie sensor size. The only one I know of is the Kinoptik Tegea 5.9mm f1.8 which is bloody expensive. Perhaps some knowledgeable persons can add to this database with more fast lenses.
  4. Hi Olex. Which C-mount or 16mm lenses have 35mm coverage ? Can the mask at the rear be removed for greater image circle ?
  5. Any idea of the Part No. for the teleconverter 2 ??
  6. Found it.. May be someone will be lucky with their manual search here.. http://safemanuals.com/
  7. Any chance that someone has the Canon C-8 43 or Canon C-8 67 WA adapter manuals ?? Cheers!
  8. I meant the Isco 1.33x Anamorphic Attachment I II or III .. Trying to see if I can use them for DV - 77m rear length is excellent for the DVX, and even my DXC 9100P..
  9. Just wondering if someone has compared 1.33x anamorphic lenses with a 7mm or greater rear thread for use with the DVX or other cameras with a 72mm thread ? There is a bunch of info but its spread out.... I found this.... http://super8wiki.com/index.php/Anamorphic...hic_attachments It does not post well here - but there is a list of 1.33x anamorphics..
  10. How does the Panasonic or the Century anamorphic lenses compare to the Isco - 54 i.e. 1.33x version ? Anyone ?
  11. I am doing a project using a DXC9100P 3-CCD 1/2-inch sensor PAL camera for a DIY cam. I am thinking of mounting a PC board as well. The Analog DXC offers VGa output @ 25fps AND 50 fps which I will ingest using a framegrabber card. On the current topic, it should not be a problem integrating a PC board in a housing. The problem is the Center of mass. With the camera and the lens I think it may already be "front heavy" Just wondering if any of you would think there is a market in making camera mounted PCs. I am thinking of designing a PC with screw mount so it can be mounted on top of the camera. This PC will have slots for a battery and a hot shoe mount on top as well to attach a touchscreen. There are tons of people trying to build their own..
  12. If we were to make a list of 1" sensor cameras capable of 720P and higher res at 24P and higher framerated, what do we have ? 1. Pike F210 2. Pulnix 3. Imperx Any others ? It would be good to make a list... As far as the know only the Kodak KAI sensor is 1-inch and higher..Could be wrong though..
