  1. Oh I forgot to mention. Free shipping anywhere in the continental USA. I can arrange for international but it will be a bit pricey If you want the blue anvil case.
  2. For sale is an Arriflex 16BL 16mm Camera with crystal sync motor for sync sound shooting. It is equipped with a Tobin TXM-27 motor. Camera has new electronics wiring inside and is properly oiled and fully operational. I bought this camera about 3 years ago and shot a variety of experimental footage with it. The camera has a few scuffs here and there and some paint has rubbed of the rubber handle of over its life span of 40 years or so but nothing major. This camera is built like a tank and won't fail you unlike other cameras. Asking $1500.00 This package includes: * Arriflex 16BL Camera body w/ Tobin TXM-27 Crystal Sync Motor with variable speeds * 2 x 400ft Magazines * Camera Magazine Cavity Plate (Covers hole that exposes gears when magazine is missing) * Matte box * Blimped Angenieux 12-120mm Zoom Lens * Various Sinar 3x3 Filters * 3x3 Glass Clear Tiffen Filter (Goes in front of existing lens) * 12v Battery * Battery Charger * Power cable for Arri 16BL * Film Changing Bag * Blue Anvil Case for Arri 16BL Camera as pictured Sorry Tripod not included!
  3. Up for sale is an Chinon Super8 or R8 projector. Great condition works perfectly and is practically immaculate. I have no use for Super 8 anymore since I moved on Digital. Comes with everything yous see in the pics minus the chair lol. Asking $250.00 Thanks for looking.
  4. Marvelous. I never went to to filmschool. I just learned everything from experimenting for myself and reading up on the invalueable goldmine of information thats in this website. I guess 180 degree rule is something I didn't pay much attention too. As for the sound I absolutely get you. I wish I had a mixer but I don't. I plugged straight into the canon XL2 and used these extremely shitty headphones i bought for like 8 bucks for monitoring. I did this on short notice lol. As always thanks for the input! :)
  5. Check out it let me know what ya think. I would love to get feedback from the pro's on here. http://www.crashthesuperbowl.com/#/gallery/video/585/ I shot this with a Canon XL2. I never edited before so I had like two days to learn the program, edit and meet the deadline. Anyways hope its makes you chuckle. :)

  11. Looking to sell my Arriflex 16BL TXM-27 conversion camera. It's served me well on a number of music videos. Just trying to liquidate some of my gear in hopes to upgrade to Super 16. Heres a little about the TXM-27 for those of you don't know much about it (Shame on you lol). TXM-27 restores the 23.976 and 29.970 crystal speeds once offered in the TXM-9, now with an added Phase button that is used for filming from video and special 24 FPS monitors. Ideal for Audio Recording With New Media The 23.976 and 29.970 speeds are ideal for filming along with double-system audio on DAT, CD, Deva, Hi-Fi videotape, or other media. By exposing film at the exact same speed that the Rank or other film scanner transfers film to NTSC video for computer or videotape editing, you can forget about recording audio with special odd time code rates or sampling frequencies. No audio or time code pulldown or expensive time code chasing equipment is required to sync up the picture and sound. Just record with the normal 29.970 non-drop-frame time code (if desired) and 48 kHz sample rate. The conventional HMI speeds included are 24 and 30 FPS (frames per second.) If you want more info heres a link to everything you need to know about this marvelous little motor. Kudos to Clive Tobin guy's a genius. http://www.tobincinemasystems.com/page35.html Heres what comes with this package: ARRIFLEX 16 BL CAMERA ANGENIEUX 12-120mm F2.8 "Blimped" Lens You get both viewfinders the original straight periscope and the "Swan" neck periscope 2 ARRIFLEX 16 BL 400ft Magazines ARRIFLEX 16 BL Magazine Cavity Cap * Rare * 12v Battery + Charger Stabilizing Arm Changing Bag Matte Box Packing Case for camera (The case has a metal Eclair badge but the 16BL fits well inside) Case for magazines (handle missing) Clapperboard Manual 1 can of 400ft Fuji Film Various SINAR filters 85B, ND03, ND06, Star filter, Soft Filter, Color etc. I'll be glad to answer any questions.
