I'll do my best to make a long story short; This winter I bought a used Mark III Sl Cine camera with some accessories from a fellow op, after considering the option for a new one that at the time was out of budget. Anyway, I bought directly from SL Cine the underwater housing for it, two steadimags and two low prifile mags plus few other accessories. To be safe, I decided to send the used body to Hector to give it a full inspection. All was fine........ After two months on set, the camera showed mechanical problems and then, sadly, died. Sent it to SL Cine, of course pissed of :angry: with myself because at the time I didn't get a new body. Here is what happened: Hector, taking full responsability of what happened, replaced the body I bought from somebody else with a NEW one for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (we are talking about 20.000 dollars camera body...) How would you call this? Honesty, professionalism, probably not enough words to describe it. Once again, thanks Hector ;)
