  1. Hi All, I am just beginning a project on an SRII that has a Jurgen's Video Assist, but the school that has the camera unfortunately does not have all the proper cables to go with it. I've found a 12-pin hirose to 2-pin Lemo cable, but they must be missing something since I can't find anything with the 2-pin port. My questions are whether anyone here as any experience dealing with this particular video assist and what cables are required to get it up and running. Thanks for any help! Ben

  3. Hi Everyone, I've been charged with the task of correcting 3500k fluorescent light for tungsten balanced film. My questions are: 1. Is the difference in color temperature enough that I need to gel it to balance it? and 2. What minusgreen filter would I use to correct the green, if I need it at all? Thanks for any help!
  4. Thanks! Finally got it to twist off, but boy did it take a bunch of effort.
  5. Just realized its a Bayonette mount, but it's missing the knobs at the top and bottom to unscrew the lens. That is what caused the confusion before. Is there any way I can fix it on my own, or am I just out of luck?
  6. I believe then that it's a Bayonette mount. If so, how do I remove the lens for future reference?
  7. Hi Everyone, I'm a student who is just starting to work with film, so naturally I followed the advice of others and bought a K-3 for my first film camera. My issue now is that I won the camera on ebay and the lens mount wasn't listed in the auction details. So I have yet to find any place that says how to tell if it's a bayonet mount or an M42 mount. Can anyone tell me the distinguishing features of each and how to tell which mine is? Thanks!
