I had a wonderful time talking to Rodrigo Prieto, Andrew Lesnie, and Bruno Dubonnel in particular -- I always learn something, so it's great to have a chance to pick their brains. yes mr.mullen.,v all learn n keep learning as cinematographers i feel.,i draw a lot of inspiration from mr.conrad l hall...,theres no end to perfection n creativity i feel., everytime i read or see something theres something new that catches my attention.,thats how one becomes better at whatever one does...the process of learning is endless...v young cinematographers learn a lot from senior pros like u n all other pros......

hi colleagues...,i want to shoot a timelapse seq of sun rise in the city-varanasi in india for a duration of3 seconds... i.e 72 frames., i plan to shoot 72 frames with a nikon 6 mega pixel digital slr cam masking for anamorphic n then join them into one continuous motion in the post n get a digital anamorphic neg out........,now colleagues i have a set of questions... 1.is the resolution enough so that it matches with the rest of my film 2.how do i control my exp., cos i lock my aperture when shooting timelapse...,pls advice. 3.will this method work out...,cos v dont have the budget to hire a 435advanced.,but i have to get the shot.,thats a challenge.

thanks mr.matt irwin..., i had gone thru the website of surefire.....,the problem is that in india v will not b able to get it..,, may i please know which of the model will b the right one.... i saw the maglight rechargable.,its good enough but then like u said i would like to knlw about surefire light too..., v r getting maglite in india n thats how i could check it up... pls suggest me a surefire light which is better than the maglite rechargable one... thank u
