Sorry for the delayed answer... There are some anamorphic lens flares made in post. This miniature is a test for a danish 3D feature. Miniature-work is very uncommon and I have never tried it before. I'm happy to hear you like the it, we worked long days... ;) The models for the final film will be far more sophisticated and detailed. And for this type of close up, we will probably build at a larger scale too.

Thanks guys! I'm glad you like it! :) Please keep in mind that the miniature is made in three days and shot within three or four hours late at night! The DOF isn't totally convincing. Thats mainly because of power-limitations in the tiny studio we used. It also resulted in grainy footage which makes keying harder. Next time everything will be many times better! :)

Hi I have designed and built a 1:20 scale miniature together with two colleagues. Thought i wanted to show you a geeky timelaps of the work in progress. Its up again. The biggest CG shots are still rendering. The film isn't a typical roller coaster-thing. Its different, its more contrasty. But there are some long subjective camerashots with helicopter and crane in one move. Composited of course.

Hi Here is the teaser for the first Live Action 3D Digital Movie ever... Someone think that is "Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D". But this movie has an earlier premiere, so its actually the first one. The film is Norwegian and is made for a 4D Cinema. Thats probably why no-ones ever heard of it... yet. The language in the film is in old arameic. Anyway... here it is: The Teaser Please critique.
