  2. Hi Greg, It is the matter of the size of the sensor... for example A1 got a 1/3" x 3CCD... it is the matter of the CCD.. not the lens. The 35mm Adapter can create shallow DOF and create movie look. I also use Canon A1 + 35mm adapter. But using the adapter is not easy task. distance measure and focusing is more difficult. Also.. using the adapter mean you don't touch any focusing button or rings on the camera itself... no zoom as well.
  3. Charles... what do you mean you don't know if you are count as"main player"???? You are a famous one now and people feel exciting to being a same cart with you! filmshooting.com will be back on 1st May. Just a couple of weeks later. Thanks man for let me know this forum. So at least I can keep track with some of us. Philip
  4. Yes, that's true.. Rick, the reason I suggest to leave some film behind is to provide some buffer for the last shooter. Because I did suffer wait for the film few months as the last shooter and only have 2 seconds of film left in the cart. That's why I suggested that all shooters shoot their 10 feet and in case someone overrun a bit.. the last one still have their safe 10 feet to shoot. The reason for that is to protect the last shooter (for example: you)... but it shouldn't become an advantage that the last shooter have 20 seconds, which I think that's not fair to the others when all of them only have 10 feet. You can overrun a little bit like a couple of seconds.. but please plan for your footage in 10 feet(30seconds in 24fps). Have fun Rick, and can't wait to see your footage. I'm sure all the shooters will given the best they could to this project. If you want to send me the cart. I can give you my mailling address here: (No need to hide my address as I will not run away, in case I run... everybody can track me down... ) Philip Chu G/F, No:2 San Wa On Lane, Tai Po Tau, Tai Po, New Territories, HONG KONG please send by a trackable way such as: registrated mail.
