  1. i am new to film and have no idea can someone explain the best way to set diopiter for canon 814 az also if i am shooting indoors with artificial light and tri-x do i swith the switch on the side so the bulb symbol is showing or the sun, i guess its the bulb but just want to make sure cheers
  2. i am going to be shooting indoors canon 814 az with kodak tri-x with all artificial light using the autoexposure is there anything i should know about doing this other than put the film in focus and shoot? sorry am new to film have no idea
  3. the meter on my canon 814 doesn't work and so i need to work out the exposure another way i got given a lux meter and told this could help but i don't know how, i have found a conversion chart using film speed and the lux reading but would the shutter speed and fps not effect it? help?

  5. i am going to buy some lights for a super 8 film and have seen some which are in budget but say they are designed for digital slr and video, i don't know much about lighting and was wondering if this would have any effect on the outcome cheers
