  1. I recently had the oppurtunity to film and edit a feature length documentary. The project was bought by a company recently, and I cannot release the link to the public, but they are allowing me to have it on vimeo under a password for test audiences and critiques. Let me know what you all think! Its all 16mm sr2 and HVX SGPRO btw. Doc: http://www.vimeo.com/7129969 password:jux Thanks! Please email me if you have any questions or comments! 2. Hey everyone! recently i am in need of a replacement 3066 bogen quick release plate(Bogen 116PT Quick Release), as my old one is now gone, long story. anyway i've tried everywhere, ebay, b and H a hundred other online stores, and cannot find one. Is there any other plate that would work (which i doubt), or does anyone know where I could find one? Also does anyone have an extra one they could sell me? Seriously i dont know what to do if i cannot find one, as now my tripod is completely useless. THanks for your help! please email me at redmagicmarker@hotmail.com if you can be of any assistance. Thanks Logan
  3. yeah thats what i was thinking. I'm going to try to work around things by having nothing interact with the frame, or doing some extreme close ups, and then only do a minimum of the green screened shots.
  4. So i'm shooting for my final cinematography project next weekend for college. The group that I'm shooting with wants to have shots where everything is black and white except for this paint that some guy is painting with. I was thinking that we could have all of the paints green screen green, and just key out everything. Next I would take the keyed out image and convert it to monochromatic, next I would overlay that on top of the original image, rendering the specific colors visible. Then I would change hue of the green to get the color I wanted. Would this work? I'm shooting with hvx200a and a letus. If done right the only kink I am seeing is that I would be restricted to one specific color. Is there anyway to work around this? Could I use two specific different colors to key? like green and the red screen? Sorry if this sounds confusing, I'm in class trying to listen at the same time ha. Please email me if you have any input at redmagicmarker@hotmail.com Thanks! Logan
