  1. http://www.eoslightingllc.com/videographer...1500/index.html http://www.eoslightingllc.com/videographers/dayflo-max/ Hi, So does anyone have any experience with these lights? My boss suggested them for lighting the studio, but I have never used them before. I have more accurate measurements of the studio now: Length 22ft, Width 22, Height 12 1/2. The studio is NOT that professional of a studio like you would see on NBC, it's on the lower end. Any thoughts or suggestions would help. Thanks!
  2. Hi there, I am helping someone light a tv studio and need some advice on what kind of lights to get. They are going to be using a green cyc wall as their background and they want the lights to all hang from the ceiling. The budget is basically whatever gets the job done with the least amount of spending. The area to be covered is about 12-15 feet high and 15ft L by 15ft w. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
  3. Oh and I have a redrock 35mm adapter if that makes a difference, thanks!
  4. Hi Everyone, I am going to be filming a white cyc wall and am doing full body shots. I am trying to achieve the look of the mac vs pc commericals with possibly the lighting on the talent a little more on the contrasty side. I have a 2k, a 1k, 2 tweenies, and 2 teenies. Do you guys think I can achieve this look with the lights I have? I am filming with an HVX200. Are there any special settings I should set on the camera? Thanks for any advice!
  5. Thanks for all the advice! I am going to put it into good use and will update you guys with the result! David, great work! You've definitely inspired me!
  6. I forgot to mention! I am not going for any special look, just want it to look like a gym. Thanks!
  7. Hello!! I'm new to this forum and I love it. There is some really good material to learn from on this site. Anyway, I'm writing because I am going to be filming a spec in a gym/weight room with fluorescent lighting. I own only tungsten lights. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on the best way to go about lighting this? I am shooting this for my reel and am trying to make it look as professional as possible (without spending to much $$$). Also, I will be shooting on an HVX200 if that helps. Thanks a lot! Hopefully I will be able to contribute some knowledge to this forum eventually too! -B
