About Me

Ever since given my first "Brownie 127 at 10 years old my love for photography was born. Photography has shaped and been a driving force thru out my life. After many years at Universal Studios in the 70's I was lucky enough to work on films like "Jaws" and television shows including "Rockford Files, "Baretta" and "Kojak". That would have been plenty but I was then sent to exotic "Hong Kong" for 3 months to push dolly on a Chuck Norris film in 1982 called "Forced Venvence". That woke up the travel disease inside me. Ever since then the three of us have been connected together at the hip. My Grip career was after 22 years morphing into the wonderful, sometimes terrible, sweaty world of Steadicam. I was lucky enough to return to Asia by way of Thailand and "Rambo" w/ Stallone. Currently I operate "B" camera/Steadicam on a NBC show called "Community" out of Paramount in Hollywood. With the help of my great business partner we created a company

called The "Original" Slider here in Los Angeles. It's a camera sliding system currently being used on Michael Bay's new "Transformers" shooting now. I feel it's the industry standard here in the film business. My career has been a dream come true. I feel so blessed to have made so many great friends and memories for 10 lifetimes to come. Even the tough difficult days on set with a tough director in the rain at night will become the good times.
