  3. I sold my Steadicam and later found my Canatrans. Two anntenia with cables for a PRO Steadicam power and BNC. Perefct condition. No issues. $400.00
  4. Has anyone out there ever heard of a low "dish mount" or Schultz Shift mount? It just seems to be a easy way to catch level then tilt /pan for a lock off. It doesn't look like it has any special resistance features below the head. Just a clever and easy way to compose a low angle, or any angle and bag it down. Here is a photo sent to me by someone looking for it. Thanks everyone. Stay sharp! Aloha, Ron Veto soc
  5. I'm selling my Nikon D-700. I purchased for a trip in November of last year. Used but in brand new condition. Used only as a back up to my other D-700. 12.1 mp FX Format. 6. Hi, I'm selling my TB-6 green screen monitor. It's in great shape. Original owner. Low hours. Had a PRO monitor but totaled in vehicle roll. Replaced with my TB-6 and loved it. Now it's just used as a backup or a secondary rig for low mode. Great tool. Small scratches on housing but in perfect working condition. Selling with PRO power cable and monitor bracket. Ready to fly. Have a good one. 818-427-5802 Aloha, Ron
  7. Hey out there, I have two Preston DM-1 motors for sale. Looking to buy their new iris motor for Steadicam but it ain't cheap. These motors are used as the serial numbers are #1152 and #1154. Preston has no repair record but they have low hours for their age. Small cosmetic scratches but they have never failed me or been any source of drama. No brackets included. Hoping to sell both together for $3000.00. Take it easy. Aloha, Ron Veto
  8. Aloha, My name is Ron Veto. Both Jerry Giacalone and I are very proud of our new mini-Slider. Please check us out at theslider.com/ Sometimes we're called The "Original"Slider to help separate and identify one Slider from another. It's only 32" long with the same basic looks and design as our other models. We have the 3',4', 6', and 8' Sliders. A few of the 8' Sliders have a motion control set up. Check us out in next months International Cinematographers Mag. It runs like glass, is very user friendly for both grips, the camera assistant and the operator. We build it bullet proof and with rigging in mind. After all if you can't get it out there safely then what good is it? You can run our Slider vertically, inverted or flat. It is very quiet which the sound man will appreciate. You can extend the Sliders reach easily from the center mass to a off set position. Just in case you want to extend over a table top or to make it more comfortable for the operator. It can handle any camera format and also has 75mm,100mm and 150mm video ball adapters available for rent or purchase. I use it on my T.V. show "The Sarah Silverman Program" and it has certainly made me look good. I need all the help I can get. Sometimes there isn't a take two. On "Rambo" last year we needed two units to keep Sly happy with dirty overs. The Slider helps me salvage those shots along with adding dynamic movement where there was none before. The longer Slider sizes actually are designed for creating shots around it. I'm very proud to offer this product to help us all look good. Please try all the Sliders out there. I hope you see that we offer a fine product. And we have fun doing it too. Any suggestions are always appreciated. That's how we grow. Thanks for listening, Good times, Ron Veto-theslider.com

  11. Hi Rob, Thanks for the info. I'm looking for a good interlink between the two formats. The last time we wrote was when I was in Chaing Mai doing "Rambo". How's everything in BKK? Thanks for all the support. I hope you're working. In L.A. it's pretty dead now because of the actors strike and ??? Have a good year! Aloha, Ron veto
  12. Hello to all grips out there. Hope people are working. I've heard that the Euro mount is a good way to interlink mitchell mount to ball level head.I'd love to see one. Recommended vendors in L.A. would be cool. Be safe. Thanks.
