Yeah as of right now this is a rough cut where I'm trying to find shots to put in and which videos I should use. I still have 3 or 4 more hd films that I've done that I'm trying to find placement for. I'm also going through some non-hd footage that I could use to show that I have done a variety of styles. As of right now most projects that are in the reel are narrative shorts so I'm continuing to edit in documentary work as well as live shows and music videos that I've worked on.
The hot wheels shot actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I did maybe 4 or 5 takes with it. The only thing that was frustrating was that the cars never stayed going straight, they always veered left so I ended up using the straightest one.
Yeah the title cards were last minute for now but I'm putting together a sort of subtle animated title card for it that I haven't finished yet. But like I said for now its just a rough cut.
