  1. Hi Tarun, There is a lot of things that I think looks great and has potential. But for me looks are not all. I´m wandering: "What´s the story". I see elements of fear, discovery and solutions to problems, but I do not see the elements that causes this events. And that leaves me a bit uninterested. You might have a greater story on paper, but I don´t feel or see it in the clip. Keep working and you will get there.
  2. Wow, this was pretty spectacular. Can you explain to me how the "bullet time" effect was made?
  3. Thank you David and Richard. David, the web page for Øyedrops/Eyedrops is www.oyedrops.no. There is not much on their page, just some contact info. If you are looking for a post house in Oslo I can give you more names.
  4. The director and the sound engineer made the music from scratch. It´s a commercial for a Norwegian newspaper.
  5. It was done outside school. A small firm in Oslo, called Eyedrops. We got 20 h or so of work for a lot less then they should have got. The director wanted a handheld feel, so for lack of knowledge we hand-held the camera (greenscreen), so a lot of time went in to stabilizing the two flies. This is the first time I have done something like this.
  6. Hi everybody, This is one of the exercises we do at my school. We had two days to shot it over. One day for plates and a day on greenscreen. I shot it on 35mm, vision 2 5218 (200T), and had 3 rolls of film. Any feedback is welcomed. http://vimeo.com/6755884
  7. We did the digital zoom ourself. I think it works. We planned to jib in/down, but the dolly broke down.
  8. This short film is the result of the genre exercise made by students at the National Film School of Norway. "Cut | Paste" was shot on S16mm film (2 rolls of film). The entire film was shot on a sound stage with two studio decorations, over the course of two days. Any Comments? http://www.vimeo.com/3518896
  9. I wonder do you have any money for grading? How about shooting tungsten light with a bit of CTB on the lamps (you can vary the degree of blue for different looks) and then correct the rest in the DI. Or maybee it´s just a style, that it is warm. The most important part is just because it´s 500 you´ll need to get som good exposure.
  10. And interesting thing about the 7201 is that it gets a little magenta in the highlights, too much for me taste. At least that´s what happen to me. Hopefully you will share your results with me.
