Just wondering if anyone in Vancouver could shine some light on the current state of the industry there? I've been living & working in Glasgow for the past 8 yrs and am returning to Vancouver later this year. My fields are cinematography (video) and motion design. Aiming to find work behind or beside the camera as a freelancer. Is not being in a union a major barrier? Cheers
