  1. Hi all, I'm familiar with shooting tungsten stock in daylight situations uncorrected but I don't see much discussion on daylight film uncorrected in tungsten situations. Can anyone think of films that have done this? I would be looking for footage that is uncorrected (very warm). The only discussion I see online is in relation to movies where there is fire involved. I've got some testing planned but it's always nice to see the direction others have gone in. Also, if anyone has experience in this realm please chime in! I've shot Tungsten film with warming filters previously but want to see what other options might be out there. Thanks in advance!
  2. Thanks Dom. I haven't had any luck on any forums around the net or ebay. Might have to give Shurco a call if I don't see anything come up soon. James, I've got that one already. Even though it's a small difference, it's nice to have the exact frame lines when the director peeks into the camera and I don't have to say "Yea, that's sort of the frame".
  3. Hi all, Do you have any ground glass left over for an SR3 or know someone who still makes these? Looking for 1.85 in particular. Thanks, Ryan
  4. Hello, Does anyone know who manufacturers Joy electrical cable? Preferably a Canadian supplier. Looks like this http://c560185.r85.cf2.rackcdn.com/3BEA1292-E0CA-20A1-AE2A3858F6A94CEA.jpg Called a local rental house who was going to look into it for me but hasn't gotten back yet - figured I would try here in the meantime Thanks, Ryan
  5. Just like to add a bit about cards....I've been using 32gb 133x Kingston Cards and have never had a dropped frame.
  6. I would say it's a windbreak but it also could be helping with an iris pull.
  7. I would tend to favour the source 4 hmi (joker) over a mirror, but thats just my opinion. Both would work fine.
