Hey Ari, good to see you on here. A source four or dedo light is great for setting off screen and directing towards the lens. If you can shell out and get some anamorphic lenses, you will get that wow of natural lens flare. You could also use a streak filter and put a few lights off screen pointed at the lens. This can get a little over done though. Could also add some in after effects if you feel like you didn't get enough.

If you use paper amps, a 2k = 20amps. However it is actually 1000w/120v= 8.333amps x 2 = 16.66 amps Answer = You can only run one 2k on a 20a breaker.

I would go to B&H on 36th st and mess with the camera. Or go to hand held films @ 66 white st. They will treat you well.

Just pay attention. Never complain about doing an order from your key. Just do it. As mentioned above, the quiet guys that work hard always get called back. If you are unsure about doing something, ask someones opinion that you trust before you make a mistake that could cost the crew a lot of time. Do not blurt out to the entire crew your question, they will question your experience. If you are a young gun, act responsible. If they ask you how old you are, tell them your either too old or too young and that is bad for business. Righty tighty lefty loosey. Safety chains.
