Thank you all very much, I'll first try to whack the front and then disassemble the front cover to see if there's something wrong with the gears. Does this problem really exist with all K3s? I can't imagine that an amateur camera can be designed to be disassembled oftenly. :blink:

Hallo, I bought a K3 3 weeks ago from a Ukranian ebay seller, and it worked several times when I was learning how to load film into it, but now I tried the single frame release and it doesn't react anymore. The registration pin is invisible, the start button has no effect on it and I can't wind it any further. What causes this problem? Is it correct that a tiny pin comes out of the cable release hole at the back when you push the start button or is this maybe a piece of the cable release? Thank you very much, Alex
