  1. If you still have not done the shoot, Something that Ive done, if you want a really soft light. you can hang a 12x12 ultrabouce at 45-70degrees, a couple feet above the silk and bounce the light from that. That way the lights are never at an extreme angle. Ive only bouced that with a 4k, But 2 1.2s should do the work
  2. My favorite thing to do, if you are shooting relatively tight, or will not be seeing the ceiling in the frame, is to tack up a large peice of Bleached or Unbleached muslin (depending on how warm you want the amient light) and bounce a flood or 2 into it.
  3. Steven Soderbergh (Oceans Trilogy, Contagion, Traffic, ect...) seems to be the only director that is capable of shooting his own films properly. With that said, hes says the only reason he is able to do that is because he has an amazing AD and Gaffer that allow him to do it.
  4. The 60d has One Digic 4 processor, the 7d has 2. This allows for more latitude, in both video and photos, better high iso handling, and better videorecording (the codec is recording a stronger file)
  5. The 7D's Two processors give it sooo much more power than both the T2i and even 5dMii. If your going to be doing any extensive amounts of editing, youre going to want to have as much latitude in post. The T2i and 5dMii record at about 30Mbs. And you if you know anything about editing, that gives you really no playroom in editing. The 7d shoots really close to 50Mbs (i usually get about 49.5) which is still not alot compared to actually digital cinema cameras( red-250Mbs, alexa-250Mbs, Pansonichvx3000-100Mbs) but it is a whole lot better than the 5d or t2i. Also the two processors give you about a stop more of Dynamic range, which makes all of the difference.
