did they have to build the adapter for you or did they have it in stock already made.

I have read on here about the diy video assist, but nobody really said exactly what is needed to do it. I would hate to buy a bunch of stuff that doesn't work and waste money, so I guess what I'm asking is could someone tell me exactly what to get for a video assist to work on a bolex EBM. thanks
