For a TVC shoot, we are planning to film with Sony F55 or Alexa and the shoot will be in Stop-Motion mode using one of these 2 cameras. How many frames per second should I film in order to get Stop-Motion effect ?? Anyone has experience with Stop-Motion video ?? Thank you,

Dear All, I'm gonna start shooting feature film using Sony F3 and some of the scenes must be shot as Black & White. Should I shoot them in true color and move to Post to add Blak & White effect or use Filter while I'm shooting ??? What's the best way to do that ?? Any suggestion ?? Thank you in advanced.
