Hi Guys, Please I will need an advice from you, I am a director of stage plays (in church programs and few schools), I learn to do these without acquiring any education knowledge. I want to be a movie director I am planning to go film school but I am read so many things online calming that film school does not worth the money been invested on it. Since I am a stage director, should I give the film school a try or just hire a good crew member (me as the director) and we are off to go. I am planning shoot a movie in which I had written a couples of them, I will be able to soft out of funds between 40k to 60 dollars in the project to enable raise funds to shoot the better other scripts, I can get good location, actors and actress from the stage scene but have not really have that break on the screen but will take it as a big break for them, the fee does not really matter to them, they will give it their all, to attracts more production company. This is a one of the story of the 5 script I have written in which I tend to produce, Insight of the story; A Police officer with his beautiful wife and loving daughter lived happily, lost his wife to a bomb attack in which he was the negotiator, it was so devastated that he made vital errors on operation front line and he was suspended, some months later , he fell in love with single parent mom and his daughter. Same terrorist group captured a mall, the woman and daughter is among the victims in the mail.################################ watch out how it plays but this is just a raw captured of the full scripts Insight on the second story- A fat black kid with no swag to his credit got a scholarship to study in the best High school in the country which has the high and might in the society and has a President daughter as one of the most talked about ,beautiful , the sexiest in school and all guys just wants to date her hard ,The black kids fell in love with her but how will he get her attention ?to ask out on a prone date ,is the biggest mountain he has a to claim in his life. How will he achieve theses? , can he? How will it pay out And many other question arise………………..it a comedy and a love story. So i was thinking instead of using the money to attend a film school and use it to shoot this movie and hire a great crew member

what i mean by the word is unskilled by not too many experience can i get an advice for that

Tanks for your advice and i am a small budget film maker,I was hoping to hire real professional like 3 to 5 people was hold key role in film together we can shoot a film in African and i can hire semi-profession so will can be able to get along with easy ......I have written some great script and is been review by a write in holly wood now and waiting to hear from them soon

I will like to knw the 5 key personnel that needed to be professional when shooting a movie(Expect from the Producer),and other area in which unskilled personnel can work
