A month ago, something sad happened to Filmlight Facebook Group. A well-known colorist who had previously worked in well-known companies such as MILL or MPC, with almost 20 years of experience as a colorist named Aline Sinquine, who decided to have an active company called Five One Color in New York. She promises that she would sell me her Baselight One system. Then I talked to her on Skype with the camera and verified that she was the person in question by looking at the system from Skype if it was working properly. After a week I made the payment to buy it, and I was waiting for she to send the system. She never sent me the system and then deleted me from all contacts, Facebook, LinkedIn and G-MAIL by disappearing. I never thought that such a well-known person, even more so a lady, would do something like this, what is sad is the fact that all the addresses of the locations she has on the web or on Facebook are not correct because They sent my close people in the USA to the location, and they found it. Please if anyone has any info to help me. I hope that this case will be an example for those who do such thing in these communities

After several months of waiting for Red Komodo she finally arrived, but a few days ago I won a budget for a feature film and plans to shoot with her are not positive.

The director I will work with, insists on Arri Amira because of the look that the movie should have.

Hello dear friends of the Forum. 

Considering the political and economic situation in my country, I decided to inform you that I am planning to move my activity from Albania, and that I am interested in a full time job in Europe or USA. It has already been 16 years that I run a production company called Id Production, while my role in this activity includes from being an investor, the creator of the company, producer and organizer, into doing many other processes in post-production, as editing, color grading, vfx effect etc. Furthermore, there has been a considerable investment through this period, of 500’000 euros and the profit has as well been considerable. However, besides these details, I strongly believe that it is now the right time for me to dare for something new in my profession. Something  which, unfortunately, is impossible to be achieved in the place and environment I live in. For almost two decades, I created and took care of my business; meticulously paying maximal attention, just as if it was a little child. And this is a comparison which I am sure many of you understand. In its beginnings, Id Production started by targeting a large variety of clients and by competing with prestigious companies. This came as a result of the innovation the company brought to the market, in its quality, technology, professionalism and competitive prices. Gradually, we became one of the leading companies in the advertising, movie-making and different media services market. Nowadays, unfortunately, under the conditions of an economic depression, massive corruption, unfair competition in the market, the industry which Id Production belongs to is no longer an environment where one can progress anymore. I struggle to say that even surviving is difficult in these conditions. Taking this decision has definitely not been easy for me as my passion for this job started in this place while I loved my profession. Nonetheless, I sadly have to admit that my place and the situation it is facing is not motivating or inspiring me anymore. 
This is why I am heading to you, as my good friends of the forum, where we have had the chance to exchange remarkable thoughts and opinions over our profession. 
I would be happy to give my maximum if any of you would be able and willing to offer me a workplace or would like to become a partner in transferring my studio in another country. In the meantime, I would like to highlight that no investment is expected from anyone as I own all the standard equipment for the movie industry, etc. Your support would be an essential help for me, in continuing the dream and passion I have for the movie and visual works.
