Hi Simon, thanks for your reply. My camera is a Pathe pro 16 AT. The motor has a sticker on it- Pathe, Made in Western Germany. I just discovered that the motor itself has 3 wires going to it, which tells me that it is an AC motor. As it is French or German, I assume that it would be 250v, 50 cycles. As I live in the USA, I would either need to move to Europe or get a very long extension cord to operate it. I will attach a photo of the motor, in case you can identify it. Many thanks. Motor2.eml

I have a Pathe 16 in pretty good shape. I also have the external electric motor. What I don't have and am looking for, is info on the motor. And a power cord if possible. It has no markings on it. I have fed it 12v DC, and 24 v DC. Not a murmur. The motor turns over by hand fine, no seized mechanical stuff. The switches seem OK. I am wondering if it is a 110 or 220v AC motor. Anyone know?

Thanks Ian, - I see that you are a Gaffer in Oz- Many years ago I did several shows and commercials there- The end of the '60s. The era of Tony Tegg, Gaffer, and the Mardell brothers gripping. I did Ned Kelly, Adams Woman, The Games, amongst other stuff. Sydney based. I could certainly give those bits a home, if they didn't cost a million bucks to post! Hi- Just bought a Pathe Pro Reflex 16 AT - with a motor! Also, the exterior mags. A few mysteries- I believe that it has the dreaded pellicle issue- love to hear how to remedy using a glass slide. Also, the piece of hardware that goes between the external mag and the camera (Y shaped) is not there. Love to get some photos of how it should look so maybe I can fabricate one. The motor- has an oddball connector on it, and no cable- any help there? I may have to figure out a substitute. It's a 5-pin. I believe the motor requires a 24v supply. A Soligor 25mm Television lens is fitted- 1.4. I have the owners manual with it, but its lacking in any technical info. OK, hive- what can you tell me about this HEAVY camera?

Hi- I have come across this old beast- winds fine, motor purrs. 2 Son Berthiot lenses- look good. The movement looks very clean. I don't know a thing about this camera, wondering if anyone can point me to some tech info. Viewfinder is currently seized, so I can't focus it, but I do get a fuzzy image TTL, so I am hopeful that the pellicle is intact but schmutzy. What is the difference beteen this model and the Pathe Webo? I see a few of them around. This one is #4320. One of the lenses is puzzling- It is in 2 parts, one screwing into the front of the other. Maybe it's a doubler?? Anyone???
