Right now we are using a staffing company. We tell him where, what and when. He gives me a quote. His prices seem fair and he is extremely reliable. I'm just trying to make sure that when I send out a job bid to my clients, I'm always more than covering my costs.

Does anyone have a general standard rate card for hiring a non-union video crew; dp, sound, m/h, grip, gaffer, pa, scout? My company shoots mostly industrial or corporate videos.
