  1. Good idea! I did have a small blue LED for a kicker on the back of the chair, but it's hardly noticeable. I was able to remove the outlets in post because it was a locked down shot. Thanks again.
  2. [Thanks guys, those actually are not windows behind him, but a wine cellar. I ended up putting a 650 through some cardboard with some slits, using a kino for a bit of fill camera right, and put a pepper light on his face. I left some practicals on in the background and put a kino in the wine room to light the bottles. All in all I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, there is definitely some things I will do differently next time we use this room. Cheers.
  3. Hi Guys. So I have a scene with a locked down shot in this room I have posted below. Our light kit is somewhat limited. We have two kino 4x4 banks, two Arri 650's, Two Dedo Classic 150's, a pepper light and two small lowel pro 250's. We also have a haze machine and limited grip gear (two floppies, two 4x4 half soft frost, small flags, etc. Windows will be covered with Duvetine and all practicals will be off. We are going for a somewhat mysterious feel, like we are in a dark , ancient throne room or maybe basement of a castle ala game of thrones. One challenge is the chair we are planning to use wraps around the top of talents head (see below pic), we can use another chair if we have to, but this one is at the top of our list. I am somewhat experienced with lighting, but dramatic looks are defenantly not my speciality, I would love some ideas on how you guys would light this with the resources at our disposal. Thanks!
