theoretical info only!!! yes phase to phase voltage = 0V (same phase) use a fluke for testing. use regular household outlets that use different "16C Circuit Breaker" connect the phases. connect the N(0). you will need to put together a protection system so no one will die. an electrician can do it.

You can find two 16A 1phase outlets that uses the same phase but uses different "16C Circuit Breaker" and make an adapter. :ph34r:

Thank you Stuart Brereton ! the official answer is NO but maybe it can still be done ? The conversion kit is only to convert an AS18 to an M18. It is not possible to use it with the old AS 12 Plus.
