Most lenses for 16mm cameras seem quite wide (9.5mm, 18mm etc.) would these provide a similar field of view as longer 35mm lenses?

Thanks guys. Gregg, here in UK weekly price I was quoted was £600. Was considering 35mm superspeeds but decided against it as SR2 is prone to light leaks in my experience.

Hi there, Sorry if this has been explained before. Shooting a film on an Arri sr2 and looking to rent some 16mm lenses. Most rental places I've seen seem to offer kits with primarily wide focal lengths ie 9.5mm, 12mm, 18mm, etc. Would I be correct in thinking you must get a much tighter field of view on these lengths on 16mm compared to 35mm? Thanks in advance
