  1. Hi all Can someone tell me which LEMO plug will fit into the Aaton A-minima accessory port please? I have the pinout already. anonymous image upload Jack
  2. Hi Brenton. We will be selling them after the crowdfund period for sure. Though they will be about £50 more than what is currently listed. Can order via IndieGoGo or direct from us.
  3. Hey everyone! We are at the last 24 hours of the IndieGoGo campaign and have surpassed our funding goal. There is now 3 products in total. The original CineRangeFinder, CineRangeFinder Pro and Remote. The CineRangeFinder pro is the same thing as the standard, but has a separate sensor and control unit like the CineTape. The Remote is a wireless control and display that allows you to change settings and view the readout without having to be next to the camera. We have been hard at work for the past few months designing and developing the hardware. The circuit boards are nearly 100% and the software is in its last phase of development. And we are just finishing the remote design and have started manufacturing it out of aluminium. If you would like to get your own CineRangeFinder, then check out of crowdfund over here, https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/cinerangefinder-cinematography-ac-accessory-film/reft/16149116#/cinematography2 There is only 24 hours left so be quick! Thanks everyone. Jack,
  4. Doesn't 4K require the new Intel Kaby Lake CPUs to work? That is with authoring too? Might be totally wrong here, not really done authoring before.
  5. Looks cool and good price for it. Though like someone told me here a few months ago. That is a jib not a crane :p
  6. Not updated here in a while. Wops  We are now over 50% funded and hopefully will be at 100% soon. Been featured on NewsShooter and 4KShooters http://www.newsshooter.com/2017/03/29/cinerangefinder-sonar-powered-budget-rangefinder-indiegogo/ http://www.4kshooters.net/2017/03/20/cinerangefinder-is-a-budget-cinematography-sonar-range-finder-for-focus/ In terms of the product, we have been busy improving the displays and other features. We have managed to source these amazing displays that are really clear and quite bright. Have also been working really hard on the circuit boards inside. It is proving difficult to get all the hardware into a small space but I think we have cracked it. (Photo is 3D printed prototype) We are also bring forward the remote development as many have requested it. So later this week we will be releasing it on our IndieGoGo for everyone to order along with their CineRangeFinder. This is also part of another tool that we hope to release soon after the remote accessory.
  7. Hey Satsuki! I have had a few people ask for a laser to do that. There is space to put one in, though it is tight, so ill go research my options for that.
  8. Hi everyone! What a week it has been. We are already at 20% funded. So a massive thank you to those backers as well as those who are sharing this project on social media and forums. Please keep this up! We are still hard at work with developing the CineRangeFinder! Waiting on a load of new parts to come Monday that will really help us develop the product to a higher spec and to a higher quality. Need at least 25 backers though! So get sharing. More updates to come. We post more often on FaceBook here with minor stuff; https://www.facebook.com/ogarastudios/
  9. Awesome thank you! We are still working on the terms writing, but it will come with 6-12 month warranty for sure. It will be return and replace/fix.
  10. We are now live on IndieGoGo! Please share around with your friends. The more orders the better the product is. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/cinerangefinder-cinematography-ac-accessory-film/reft/16149116#/cinematography.com

  12. The generator was pretty much out of fuel and started to drop bellow the volts required by the ballast. So the ballast kept turning on and off. As in it hot striked the lamp a couple times.
  13. Some bulbs don't like it. I had a Philips bulb blow once because we had the generator low on fuel. OSRAM has been fine though. They do specify if they can be on the packaging box for the bulb.
  14. Crowd fund will start very soon. Like next week! If you want to be on the early bird to get yours asap, send me a message.
