Missed the second question. My memory is that the npr had a single mount for either viewfinder. -

Yes, although a later Angenieux for the ACL is also orientable but more fiddly to use as you have to redress the image after rotating the viewfinder . The Kinoptik ACL finder is turn and go. I would say it is brighter, too. -

I do, but not for sale. They are great to use but rather hard to come by. -

I also have a nice npr kinoptik viewfinder I’ll sell for even cheaper than that! -

I have 4 adapters available for sale, two nikon to ACL TS and two arri bayonet to ACL TS, all four by Les Bosher.. Send me a message if you have interest. I'm located in France. -
yes. Much better explanation than I could offer. I don't see how the viewfinder can now be matched to the flange focal distance if someone has added a shim. A curious modification.

Boris, I get the slanted viewfinder showing more of the super16 frame but as the focusing planes are no longer parallel it makes me think that the viewfinder will render both edges slightly out of focus if using the center of the viewfinder as the point of focus for the diopter.

This one has been on Ebay for ages. Originally sold by a dealer in France to another dealer in eastern Europe, I believe. The viewfinder looked crooked and it was a super16 camera. Has an unusual configuration.

For sale, for standard 16 or super16 cameras, Angenieux 17,5-68mm f2.2 zoom, version L3 Special P in C mount, which is designed to work with Bolex Reflex Cameras in the same way Kern Switar RX lenses are. In excellent condition. Comes with front and rear factory caps. Covers super16 and holds focus throughout the zoom range. I'm shipping from Belgium, so a Euro ship would be preferred, but I'm open to shipping elsewhere at the buyer's expense. For info, I used this on my super16 Eclair ACL and it worked just fine. 500€ or near offer.

Still looking for a matte box for my IIC, preferably in the EU.

I would like to sell this 12-240 Angenieux zoom in Cameflex/Eclair mount. Massive zoom range! Glass exceptionally clean. Some light internal dust but nothing weird growing in there. Shipping from Belgium. I'm open to a reasonable offer if you have use for this beautiful lens. Comes with the factory front lens cap. -

I have a Cinema Products flat plate (serial number 007 !!) for an Arri IIc that has worn bearings on the two belt drive shafts...anyone have any experience in what the replacement bearings would be or a good source for small race bearings? I hate to throw this thing in the trash. In it's current state, it's noisy and the camera can't get up to speed.

sent you a message, Uli.

I have the latest version heavy duty motor that will only go slow and too fast with the amber light staying lit all the while. I was in contact with an Eclair tech in France and he told me the motor speed control is aided by two very small incandescent lamps which act as a tachometer, that, like normal light bulbs, burn out, and my motor displays the symptoms of that being the issue. The bulbs are still available but are covered in epoxy somewhere within the motor...I don't know much more than that. I'm sending him my motor for repair and hopefully that will fix it up. I'm wondering if your motor had this issue and if, when dismantling the motor, you noticed these small lamps?? According to the tech, the verification is simple, the repair less so.
