Kind of looking for general info about where to acquire one. If anyone has one to sell I'm interested or if you can point me in the direction of where to get one made.

I know this is a very old topic but John - did you ever replace the j-bar? How was it to do it yourself?

This is kind of a stupid question but I just got my SR2 and it's kind of a pain to use the viewfinder. I have yet to check it in multiple lighting conditions; which may just be my problem. But I find it so hard to look through the eyepiece and see the whole viewfinder. Is this just a quirk of the system?

Thanks Mark. Totally makes sense. I have a feeling I'm going to be delving into some more analog elements of this camera. I'm so used to digital and not having to worry about these kinds of things and everything just playing nice together.

I recently purchased an SR2 and, while it came with a battery belt, I'm curious to do a little research to see if I can power it via AB or v-mount bricks. Does anyone here with more knowledge than me think this would be a workable solution? It seems to step down whatever is coming from the battery to 12v, which should run the camera. I guess Im not sure of the amperage and would prefer not to fry my camera. Link Here

I guess for photos I just wanted to see all accessories and the other side of the camera. There's no video tap or hand grip correct? And could you tell me what shipping might cost to the US?
