  1. Is it possible to shoot (pictures) a great amount of frames every second example: 15 frames per second. Is it also possible to shoot it with the pd 150 or pdx10 with or without additional software? Ill really appreciate an response thanks alot.
  2. Oh thanks for the info man, I really appreciate it. I wasnt aware that bolex cameras had variable shutters all the way to 0 and back to 180 degrees. Only that it had two shutter variables. Which models is it exactly?
  3. Is there any inexpensive 16mm cameras with a low shutter perhaps under 75 degrees. A good price range would anything less than 1000 dollars. Thanks
  4. thanks I appreciate the info. But I'm not trying to capture an effect just the exact exposure before I began shooting scenes on Super 8. It doesnt have to look wonderful just close to what the exposure would be on my camera.
  5. thanks, much more latitude contrast wise? Im just want to be able to take photos of the accurate exposure I want. So I can be able to get an idea how my shot would look on Super 8
  6. Anyone have a good idea how I could be able to emulate certain Super 8 conditions on my Olympus E-300 Digital SLR. I have a Canon 814xl-s no external meter yet. But I think the shutter speed at 220 degrees comes out at about 1/40th of a second. And the stock is about 40iso for kodachrome I suppose. How would I be able to punch those certain specs into a SLR for gaining exposures before I shoot with film. Any tips or ideas on this would be a great help. Thanks
