Huntley Sims

Hi there, I recently purchased a Zenit Quarz 1x85 2 Super 8 and had a question about the viewfinder. The parts work and the lenses are undamaged and clean, but whenever I look through the viewfinder I see what looks like hairs, some fine scratches sort of how dry skin looks, and it is foggy. I am wondering if this is a problem that does in fact effect the quality of the image produced on the film, or if it’s something damaged that on affects what I see.
