  1. Hi john, than is got your interest but these have now sold. best ollie
  2. Hey Phil, To be honest I haven't used them for 15 years, I do remember the 300 being pretty amazing. I bought a set of CP2s when they came out and these guys got a little sidelined. O
  3. Hi Guys, I have a rather nice set of old Nikon/Nikkor primes I collected over the years. Generally in good nick, with a pedi case. They come with a basic Nikon ai to Canon Eos mount, but I think they can work with most cameras due to shallow flange. £800 for the set. London based. O Nikkor 24mm f2.8 Nikkor 35mm f2.0 Nikkor 50m f1.4 Nikon 100mm f2.8 Nikon 135mm f2.8 (small scratch) Nikon 300mm f4.5 Sigma 28-70mm f2. 8
  4. Excellent, thanks Duncan. That's really helpful.
  5. Hi Duncan, Thanks for the message. I've ordered as Arri S to e-mount in the hope I can try it on my Sony. Would be nice to get it working without too much adaptation. O
  6. Thanks Dom, that's great to clarify. My curiosity is being piqued. I might try to find a Arri S to Sony-E if I don't get any takers. It is a lovely piece of glass. Old gear is just built to last.
  7. Please do share and let us know how it goes. Best of luck!!!!
  8. This made me think c-mount... http://www.bolexcollector.com/lenses/60angenieux.html
  9. Hi Dom, Here's a couple more shots of the mount. It's only got the one notch. Do you think it's definitely Arri-B? thanks Ollie
  10. Thanks Dom and Phil, that's super useful. I shall try it again following the stopping down / infinity advice. My mind is stretching trying to understand the mechanics behind that. ? The Aaton may not be with me long though, the lens however I think will be around for a bit Phil so just holler if you want to try anything. bEst, Ollie
  11. or even this one at £15... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fotodiox-Lens-Mount-Adapter-Mount/dp/B003Y32238 This discussion seems to suggest to PL may be a challenge...
  12. I think this will get you to e-mount for £50... https://cvp.com/product/metabones_mb_c-e-ch1
  13. Hi Phil, I put it on the Aaton Super 16 and ran it through the zoom, it actually seems surprisingly good. Video here... https://www.dropbox.com/s/rw6jx2407vea07g/Angenieux-coverage.mov?dl=0 Excuse the additional vignetting of the iPhone filming through eye piece, hope it gives you an idea. Best, Ollie
  14. I’m afraid I’m not sure about the extender and no PL mount, I can put on the LTR and have a look at the coverage, might give us some idea. Seems it will set fairly snuggly in my Arrival bayonet mount to Aaron adaptor - although it won’t lock in place. Will try it. Best Ollie
  15. Apologies, the video is not great. Difficult to position the iPhone lens low enough to demonstrate coverage
  16. Phil, Always happy to meet up if you wanna take it for a test drive. Best Ollie
  17. Hi Guys, Here's my LTR bundle. It's been in a sealed box for over ten years. the last thing I did with it was to do a registration check and once over with an engineer at Panavision. At the time it was ll good but it's been motionless for a while so I would recommend a service etc. The batteries are in need of TLC - recalling and one the plug is loose (in pic). I have got it running with by using a Sony power adaptor (included). Video of it running here... https://www.dropbox.com/sh/nnh0xhz673hy9sj/AACyrYMAQw3aW4akz9TUkDCNa?dl=0 Mag looks good, rubbers etc. A couple of lenses included, the 9mm is Aaton mount and the Nikkor 200mm is tatty but comes with an adaptor to Aaton (so you can use any old ai Nikon lenses) A few other bits and bobs listed bellow. £3000 (no Vat) Thanks Ollie Aaton LTR (Converted to Super 16) 1 x Mag Rods Wooden Hand Grip with power button and leads (works) Kinoptik 9mm f1.5 Lens Polariser Filter B&W Filters x 2 Nikkor 200m f4 Lens Nikon AI to Aaton adapter 2x Aaaton Batteries (need re-celling) 2x Miscellaneous Batteries (Work but prob need attention) I x Charger 1 x Sony mains power adapter ( and NP-1A charger) 1 x Changing Bag Aaton LTR Timelapse kit with Battery (untested) Precision Speed Control / Decimal Phase
  18. Hey Phil, I can't quite recall but I think they cover super 16 in part of the range. I think there is a mount that kind of fits it to the aaton, I'll check and see if I can try to rig it tomorrow and do a coverage test. Best Ollie
  19. This guy seems to have the same lens working on Sony e-mount. I guess he's using clear image zoom. Might give you an idea...
  20. Hi Guys, Another rather beautiful vintage lens that might interest you. Glass looks great. Angenieux zoom 12-120 f2.5 I'm not sure of the mount and I think this will only cover 16mm, anyone know more about it? Maybe £350? ono Best, Ollie
  21. Many thanks for the information James, I've just put them on the LTR to try to check coverage and seems you are right. The 9mm does vignette. I am now looking for a tiny allen key to try to remove the front ring to see if that makes a difference... Attached iPhone photos although can't quite get the right angle with the phone. Best, Ollie
  22. Hi Everyone, I have a couple of excellent and rather rare Super 16 Cine Kowa lenses that are looking for a new home. A few marks on the housing but generally in good condition. 1x 16mm T 1.25 (Arri Bayonet) 1x 9mm T 1.35 (Arri Bayonet) 1 x adaptor (Arri bayonet to Aaton mount) Not really sure of the value, there do seem to be various adaptors (MTF / Fotodiox) available. I think they do offer coverage for micro four thirds - Can anyone confirm that? Open to offers. I'm based in London (SE22). Thanks, Ollie
