  1. Still not sold. I am willing to sell the whole kit through eBay, (easier to manage photos, questions and transaction) I will let you know when it's up. Thank you
  2. Picture of the prism part that is unglued (part will be included) Picture of the faulty components in the motor. It runs at all speeds.
  3. Hi, I am the seller of this beauty. I am pretty sure you can unglue the parts of the prism with acetone, then glue them back again with glass glue or something... Of course precision needs to be spot-on otherwise you will not be able to focus with accuracy anymore ... I think I am capable of doing that job .... ( I use to be a precision mechanic) Should I try for the sake of experiment and experience for ACL lovers over here?
  4. I am selling my Eclair ACL that I own for a year. The camera shoots but need repair, please read. The goods: - camera runs at all speed - filmed tested, everything seamed good. - rare high speed motor. - 120m French mag seams pretty good - re celled 12v battery The bads: - The prism is partly separated making the viewing unconfortable. - There is also a smaller prism necessary for the exposure meter (I think) (or maybe it's the flashing clap system ? ) that is totally separated. part will be included. - Motor has one or two fried components. I am assuming it is the main power circuit that has something malfunctioning. The motor is fulling working though at cristal sync... possible to replace those parts. Therefore I am selling it for parts and asking 1000 € for it + shipping costs I can include the 5.9mm f1.8 Angenieux lens for 500 € more if you want. Don't hesitate to ask questions. I am located in Switzerland Best
  5. Love my ACL Anyone knows if you need to modify the magazines for a super16 conversion? Thank you
  6. Following up my own post... I received and tested the oct18 to oct19 adapters on my Konvas 2m and, to me, this solution does not work: sure it works optically speaking you get the right flange distance and can fit the lens on the camera but the lenses sit SO DEEP inside the camera you can almost not change aperture and focus... unusable really. if you have a Konvas 2m with an oct19 mount then you need the oct19 lenses and they are quite expensive compared to the oct 18 ones and I am not too sure if they are really worth spending 4000 Bucks on a set. At the point I am really just thinking of converting the camera to a PL mount and hopefully I can use some of my PL lenses I already own. Anyone can give inputs about the oct19 lenses? Are they better than the oct 18 ones and are they worth considering buying a set? Also inputs on converting the 2m into a PL mount would be amazing. Cheers
  7. Exactly where I am at at the moment, 9 years later ? I just bought a 2m oct19. I already have a set of lenses in oct18 mount and just bought an adapter at RAF, curious how they work. probably not that great I presume as the oct18 lens mount rotates in the camera and with the adapter I guess it is the lens itself that is going to rotate... ? I also bought a m42 adapter, seams like a good option as there are many m42 lenses available a a very cheap price. Thinking about the Jupiter 85mm or a 50mm 1.8. Maybe at some point I am going to buy a set of oct19 lenses (there is one for less than 4k on eBay right now) and call it a day. I would love to convert the camera into a PL mount tho. Anyone knows someone that does it? I will post the result of my testing with the Konvas 1m and 2m soon. Film is still kicking!
  8. I know it's 6 years later but I am definitely interested. I sent you an email. Best regards

  12. This is great! Amazing work! I am definitely looking forward to this.
  13. Heikki, I asked him but he does not want to give up his work for free on the internet which is understandable. He was very kind and provided me with just the information and part of the drawing I needed. Again thank you so much for your help!
  14. Thank you for the details. Nothing else seams to be broken. The motor seems works at all speed. I have very basic knowledge of electronics but it has been 20 years I have not touched a circuit board... I will hunt for those components online and proceed to repair. PS: I am still interested in your Crystal motor project for the Konvas ?
  15. Oh, this is great news! Thank you so much for digging this out.
  16. Thank you for pointing directions, I will drop an e-mail to AZ Spectrum about it. If by chance you get your hand on those drawings, that would be amazing. My motor is actually working at all speeds but the components marked red on the photo fried. I am trying to figure out what there are here for ?
  17. I am looking for a motor for my Eclair ACL. I currently own the MIVAR motor but is faulty and looking for one to replace it. Anyone? Thank you
  18. I just bought an ACL 1.5 with MIVAR motor and looks like some electronic components on the motor circuit has fried. I am looking for circuit diagrams of the MIVAR motor. Anyone can help? Thank you very much
  19. Sounds amazing! Really looking forward to this.
  20. Dear Aapo, Amazing project! I bought a Konvas 1m 6 months ago and fell in love with it... I have been shooting some rolls, self developed and scanned, thanks to the useful informations in your YouTube vidéos. I have been trying to find an alternative to the bulky power unit (15EPSS motor) without success. I am definitely interested in buying a system from you. Is it for the Konvas1KSR or 1m with 15EPSS motor?
