The top riser of this Neewer C-stand doesn't move at all - it may have at the beginning but after meddling with it once, it doesn't move anymore. I still have a warranty but they had asked me to cover the shipping fees for return (because I bought it from amazon) which is more expensive than the product itself. So I'm hoping to sort this one out myself - please help!

The top riser of a Neewer C-stand (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Neewer-Adjustable-Reflector-Photography-Monolight/dp/B01GUQUBEW/ref=psdc_332195031_t2_B07D8WF443) doesn't move at all. I think I've checked it initially and it did work but not anymore for some reason. I've checked with Neewer as I have a warranty but I have to pay for the shipping costs to send the item back which turned out to be more expensive than the c-stand itself haha. So please check out the video attached as well and any advice would be much appreciated!
