Okto Simaia

Long-time still photographer transitioning to cine shooting, focused mainly on street documentary as an extension of my subject matter and style when shooting stills. My current focuses are perfecting DIY processing in my darkroom and finding which knowledge transfers from the world of stills and which doesn't.

I feel we are all very lucky that cine film is still being produced, even though the selection is much less than it was even fifteen years ago, and I want to invest as much effort in the medium as I can while it's around.
