  1. Longtime forum reader, first time post. I am selling a like new (few scratches on top) Easyrig Vario 5 with a 5" extension arm and factory installed Flowcine Serene. Asking price is $5,000. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Easyrig-Vario-5-W-Serene/401809157323?pageci=9eb4f3f9-5994-4981-8ec7-8a87a04ac0b0 I am changing from narrative/commercial to travel/adventure, so I no longer need this piece of equipment. Please contact if you have any questions.
  2. I'm selling this used Easyrig Cinema 3 with 5" extended arm (rated 17-24lbs). I've installed the new easyrig quick release to it, and it comes with the 3 extra ball studs as seen here - https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1410621-REG/easyrig_erig_ea033_q_quick_release_camera_hook.html I also had a new line installed when I installed the quick release, so functionally this unit is as new. Comes with a spare line, and the original Easyrig hook as well. I got this with the backpack style Easyrig bag instead, as I prefer carrying it that way personally, fits great. Asking $3000 USD or $4000CAD within North America + shipping. I am located in Vancouver, BC, but head to the U.S. often. I'd prefer to use transferwise if possible, but paypal works too potentially. Feel free to shoot me any questions, thanks!

Cheers, Mark
  4. I'm shooting a short action film in a few weeks, and we're looking to rent an EasyRig of some sort for smooth, handheld shots for the big fight scene. We're shooting this day on the Arri Alexa XT with Cooke mini S4 lenses. We have a choice of renting either an EasyRig Cinema 3500 N kit, or an EasyRig Vario 5 with Gimbal Rig Vest and 5" Extended Arm. I've never worked with an EasyRig before, so I'm looking for any pointers, as well as advice on which to get, if either would be better for shooting with a. larger camera system like the Alexa or what. I know the Vario 5 is intended for use with gimbal systems, and we are not using a Gimbal. Both EasyRigs are the same price, so is there any benefit to one over the other, for heavier cameras? A little about the film-the scene we're looking to shoot with the EasyRig setup is a swordfight, the plan is for it to be shot handheld, so that we can get different takes with different movement quickly. We will have a mix of low, high, close-up, and wide shots. Any advice appreciated, especially if you have any guidance for how to best work with EasyRigs! Thanks!

  7. Howdy! I'll being shooting handheld on trails and want to smooth out the inevitable shakes. I was hoping to us the Serene Arm with the Gravity One, but the rental house I'm using doesn't have the Gravity One currently. They've given me a Puppeteer but my understanding is that it is primarily for gimbals. So! My question is: Is there any way I can utilize the Puppeteer in a similar way to the Gravity One? Is there a different piece of gear I could use in conjunction with the EasyRig to smooth things out? I have to make the best of what I've got. Thanks!
  8. Looking to add a FlowCine Serene arm to my EasyRig Mini Strong. Unfortunately the Flowcines are crazy expensive (for me) at around $2.3k. I found that there are knockoff Flowcine arms out of china for $300....I'm strongly considering this especially because it doesn't require drilling into my easyrig. Anyhave have thoughts/experiences on if this is worth it?
