  1. Hi everyone! I have a few quick questions about running a Mole-Richardson 10kW Tener Solarspot (or really any other large fixture) from a 100A 120V service panel on the building mains. The panel has Cam Lock output and will be going into a 100A distro box like this: https://www.lighttheatrics.com/lex-100-amp-3-phase-motion-picture-box-with-tail-input-dbs100dt-b4bi2/?gclid=Cj0KCQiAzrTUBRCnARIsAL0mqcwbjlgWj2tBopApyjosTuHu4g6KpgcC221J8FoAubpZwbrsBvLRjOsaAlBMEALw_wcB I will need to power fixtures such as the Mole Tener and ARRI M90, which I assume we will be fitting with 100A bates connect
  2. Virtually everything you need to start lighting projects professionally without a truck. The only thing you might want to pick up is some c-stands. I slowly built this up over the years, it's configured to be compact, quite economical, reliable and well organized so no equipment is lost during a shoot. Entire grip & lighting package has been optimized to fit comfortably in a 4-door sedan car. Only looking for local pick up in the Chicago area. Asking $6,000 (cash or cryptocurrency/Bitcoin) OBO CART 1 x Rock'n'Roller Multi-Cart R10RT "Max" 1 x Custom built shelf for Rock
  3. Hi Everyone - I'm putting together a package for a very low budget feature. The production budget is $60k and I want to send production a reasonable camera and G&E package breakdown. Does anyone have a percentage that they think is a reasonable amount to allocate to equipment rental? I don't want to send something that the line-producer will scoff at. Thanks!

  7. Hi, Im from Europe, Austria, and pretty unfamiliar with the US Power System, but I'd like to learn about it. If someone with experience in this field could help me a little bit would be great. 1st question: What du you use as connection from generator to the set? Camlok? or only on the bigger sets? And are the camlok cables what sometimes seems to be called banded cables? And in what sizes (amp- wise) come these cables? 2nd question. what cables do you use to power the lamps? bates? or are there different systems for different lamps? 3rd : What do you use a grounding cable
