  1. I chanced upon a place that was for sale for about $2,000,000. I was not interested in buying it, I was just curious at looking at what was being sold. One of the photos was the above. You would think that someone selling a piece of real estate for $2,000,000 would have spent 5 or 10 minutes to glue or tape that baseboard molding back up. When selling something, if you can afford it, spend a few minutes to make it look better. You never know how the buyer will look at even small things. It may help out the sale and it does not take much to make things better.
