  1. G'day, After recently buggering up my camera's shutter timing and shooting some ghosting footage, I finally got around to correcting the issue and after shooting some Kodak 50D with it I am pretty impressed. The scanned footage has not been stabilsed or colourised, basically straight off the scanner with ProRes 444. The footage was hand processed, one can tell here and there, but still a great job I reckon. The lens is a 12.5mm Carl Zeiss, the shots are around 10 seconds. I had to use VirtualDub2 to even play the footage. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xsfx0hifG0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJzIg7PBgIM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YV3Zc0-zgI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FL2pvfpOgJE Aside from the weight of the camera, I am liking it more and more, great registration, no torn film, easy to load, and cheap to buy. I am looking forward to shooting a bigger project soon. Gareth
  2. Hello, After recently buying a Pentaflex, I searched around for an English version of the user manual and found nothing. So I decided to translate one an upload a copy. I have uploaded a copy for download on this site: http://www.mediafire.com/file/glwq8eyin8h7w27/Pentaflex+AK16+Operation+Manual.pdf When you click on the link, a window will open. On the "download now" button, right click with your mouse and select "save link as.." It is a safe download, no junk or spam. On my job I do some night shifts, so a few hours work helped pass the time. I updated my site with pictures and info of the basic lube and adjustment of my Pentaflex. http://canon-s8-repair.yolasite.com/pentaflex-ak16.php I hope the site and manual help out future Pentaflex buyers and users. cheers, Gareth
