  1. Element Technica Micron camera mount with LW 15mm rail mount, dovetail, padded shoulder mount, and riser plate. This works with most Sony F series cameras (FS700, FS-7, FS-5, F-5, F-55, F-3) and Canon C series cameras (C100, C200, C300, C500). The mount is in great shape with only a few minor scuffs to the anodization. Works great, but I don't have access to an FS-7 camera anymore. :( This is being sold as a complete set, so don't ask me to part is out. PM me for details. This is a duplicate listing because I can't delete the original and this is a better picture of the camera mount.
  2. I purchased the sony fs700. it is a great super slow motion camera. I've been waiting for the 6.4 update from Atomos. They said it will support sony raw. however i'm not sure if it is going to support the super slow motion or not. Sony FS700 shoot up to 240fs @2k. please share your thought and opinions.

Hi, When I record stuff on the Sony NEXFS700 everything looks fine in the monitor, with the highlights just clipping in the histogram, but when I dump the material to my Mac and import into VLC or IE I get horrendously overexposed images. Putting the card back in the camera, it looks fine on the monitor, and looks great on my TV via the HDMI. What's going on? I reckon it's a colour space issue. But what do I need to do to fix this? If this has been covered before then please point me to the appropriate thread. Cheers! ;-)
  4. I own a FS700 and we are shooting a multi cam shoot with one F55 because we need 4K. I want to shoot ready to edit and I'm using Cinegamma 4 in the FS700 as a base. How do I match the F55, I heard it doesn't have cinegamma settings.
  5. Hello there, I launched a new short film over the web a few days ago. We have been chosen as official selections at a few festivals and have won Best Cinematography at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal, as part of the Quebec short films. I'd love to get some feedback from anyone watching the film. Any comments, suggestions, thoughts, etc. Whatever anyone wants to share, I'd be delighted to hear it.   6. I'm shooting a a low-budget music video that includes a campy square dance scene in a community center basement. The look I'm going for is a slightly higher-key version of The Knife's video: dingy, weird, and somewhat depressing. The room has 8 overhead fluorescent fixtures, and I want to embrace the fluorescent look. I'm going to be shooting most of the dance action at 120fps on a Sony NEX-FS700 (w/ the relatively fast Zeiss Distagon/Planar lenses). I will have the budget for a few small lights but nothing major. My questions are: 1. In keeping with a 180° shutter and not going too crazy with my ISO, does it seem like I'll be struggling to get enough light at that frame rate (we're shooing at night so no natural light) based on how many fluo fixtures are already in the room? Ceilings are about 12' high or so. For what it's worth, we're shooting in a somewhat loose, fluid, 'cinéma vérité' kind of way and it will be tough to hide lights all the time. Also, lots of wides... 2. On a similar note, I'm curious what people's impressions are RE: the video as to whether or not the close-ups were lit with anything beyond the existing overhead practicals.
