  2. Looking to sell this like new Misfit Atom. I bought two a few months ago for a project, and only need one now. As you probably know, these are amazingly lightweight, well built, and functional. I am located in Vancouver, BC, but work often in the U.S., so can easily ship within North America. Asking $300 USD or $400 CAD plus shipping; I'll cover pp fees.
  3. For my Arri SR3 i have rented Mattebox and Follow Focus so far, but im ready to purchase my own now. I have used the Arri MB20 and the Arri LMB4x5 so far and i was happy with it. However, altought i wish i had the funds to get a MB20 i must look for an alternative. Maybe the JTZ DP30 4x 5.65 is in my consideration. I am using Arri Zeiss HS Lenses with a front diameter of 80mm but i also have a Century Optics with 88mm. So, 4x4 is probably not a good idea. Anyone here willing to advice me? Thank you
  4. Hi, A while ago i saw someone who had built their own mount for the udm-1 meter that was put on the mattebox in the same way as a brow / french flag. Does anyone have any ideas on where i can get this made in europe? I'm afraid i can't find any reference pictures. But i'm sure that some of you know what i mean. Best, Rasmus

  13. I have an opportunity to pick up a clean set of these 5 lenses for $12.8K for use with my Sony PMW F3. I know they are external focusing and even the focus ring moves forward, as well as being big beasts. Great bokeh and no breathing that I can see. But the price seems very interesting. Any other opinions ? Trying to see if it would be wiser to go with either Duclos Zeiss ZF.2's or Compact Primes instead, as I own a Canon 5D Mark III and often have shoots where we are mixing RED, my Sony PMW F3 and DSLR's. One thing purchasing would mean, would be to find a more solid follow focus and a matte box with a large enough rear opening. Chrosziel provides a package for dealing with the barreling issue: http://www.chrosziel...&wpid=115&sid=0 However, the matte box is reported to be cheap and easy to crack and I am wondering about that follow focus compared to O'Connor and ARRI, being that it starts to fall into the same price range. I still shoot a lot of DSLR though too, so I have been looking at the O'Connor DM with both photo and Cine wheels, but ARRI remains the standard as usual. I really need/like the idea of different transmission ratios depending on whether I am using photo or cine lenses. Any other contenders out there for mixed gear / transmission ratios at a less expensive price point?
