Brad You should contact Tim Tyler and ask him, just in case he didn't read this post. At some point, some of these camera forums are going to have to be renamed just to include the newer models. For example, maybe the Varicam forum should include the new HVX900. I tend to feel that forums shouldn't get TOO camera model specific. I would be happy to just see SONY PRO HD and SONY PROSUMER HDV maybe as two categories rather than the FX1 model or whatever getting its own category. But ultimately it's probably an issue of traffic. If there are a lot of Canon XLH1 questions, it deserves its own category. But it probably should be called CANON HDV or something just in case a new model # comes out soon, replacing the XLH1. Same with JVC HDV. DALSA should get its own category, since RED has one -- or maybe they should both come under a new category called "4K CAMERAS" or "BEYOND 1080P CAMERAS", I don't know.
