hugo klein Posted September 5, 2006 Share Posted September 5, 2006 I have just got hold of a used univeral mount for canon xl (Light wave). It is not the one available now with a clamp on the top but older version with a tube with a screw in the top. The diameter is much too large for the sennheiser mic. Anyone faced the same problem? Wrap the mic with bunch of electrical tape? Send it back and get the new style (and pay almost double)? How did people solve this prior to the new minimount? Thank you.
