For Sale, one set of ARRI LWS-3 lightweight rods.

 

The LWS-3 rods were designed to work with the Arriflex 16SR, 16SRII, and 16SR3 cameras and can be switched back and forth between Super 16 and standard 16. They're a must for all SR3 cameras and any SR or SRII that has been converted to Super 16, as the standard Arriflex lightweight rods will not take into account the 1mm offset when shooting Super 16.

 

These sell new from ARRI, Inc. for $640.00.

 

The rod set includes very short, short and long extensions to cover the different prime and zoom lenses available for the Arriflex 16SR cameras.

 

They just went up on eBay with a starting bid of only $99.

Well there is one bid on the ARRI LWS-3 Lightweight rods, and since this is a no-reserve auction, that means they will be gone by Sunday night.

 

So if you need a set of rods for your Arriflex 16SR, 16SRII or 16SR3, to use with both Standard 16 and Super 16, you probably won't find another set in this condition for such a low price. Remember, these are the genuine ARRI factory set, not something made up by an aftermarket company.
