Are all those shots are stabilized? Thanks for any information. :( Hi, 35mm Film scanned on a high end telecine is very steady in the first place. Where the shot is used as a composite then it will almost certainly have been stabilized. Brandon Robinson Posted October 22, 2006 Share Posted October 22, 2006 When my company gets their film footage telecine'd we get weave reduction, so it looks smoother than if was projected, that helps alot for losing jitter, past that sometimes we run a software stabilization, but Stephen is right it loses resolution, but we need that for compositing often If its a look you like, you can always add some cam shake or jitter in post Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
