Thus dry cleaners will have to replace their cleaning machines. How this will effect film labs? Perc is used for wet gate printing, ultrasonic cleaning and hand cleaning film. Will the labs be exempt? If not what can replace perc. It is nasty stuff, but still. Will wet gate printing be farmed out to China? Will the added cost be displaced by printing on Lucky Color Stock?
