SBM Bolex Focus adjustment

After fixing the focus on eye piece for sharp grain on ground glass, mount the bayonet mount zoom 12-120 Angenieux; only the long focal range on the lense appear to be in focus; not the short wide angle settings.

I've tried the Bolex Bayonet to c mount adaptor, to fit a Switar RX 10mm; it looks the same; won't focus to infinity.

Last, I tried a 10 mm Sheneider arri mount with adapter to c mount; the results are the same.

Same lenses on the Bolex EL look fine.

Could this be a problem of the viewfinder? or could it be the Bayonet mount on the SBM flange is out of plane(Correct focal distance) .

Any insight will be appreciated.
