mabou
This time regarding cases for the hvx 200. I blindly bought the Thermodyne/Panasonic system hard case. I am returning it. I really don't like how I have to smash the camera into place.... I think this is a seriously bad design and I would eventually accidentally destroy the camera while closing the case..... for $350. Beyond that case, I don't really see anything on the market that is "Made for the HVX-200". I previously owned a Canon XL2 and I am accustomed to finding "Made for xxxx" third party solutions. Does anyone have experience with a third-party case that will allow a "normal" amount of extra gear to be carried? (Normal = light, batteries, matte box, P2 cards, AC power, mic, etc). These two will work well together: https://store.zacuto.com/product.php?produc...age=1%20target= http://store.zacuto.com/product.php?produc...at=0&page=
Adamo P Cultraro
An Amazing case, but as usual, zacuto is pretty proud of their prices.
Xavier Plaza
An Amazing case, but as usual, zacuto is pretty proud of their prices. Perhaps Pelican cases could be your choice; effective, hard case, cheap, secure, waterproof. I use it 2 of them everyday, one ( a little one) for Hard drive and P2; the other for the camera and accessories. check the link http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/4262...ase_Black_.html http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/4065...ase_Black_.html Xavier Plaza
